Conductors & Electromagnets
HV switch conductors, welded conductors, coils, electromagnets, and contacts. T2 copper (Cu-ETP, ≥ 98% IACS conductivity) and 6061-T6 / 6063-T6 aluminum, covering 110kV to 1100kV. Components type-tested within customer assemblies per IEC 62271-100.
Surface Treatment Technology
Silver plating (Ag 10~20μm, ISO 4521), tin plating, anodizing, and conductive oxidation. New in-house line built in 2024 with silver plating, anodizing, and ultrasonic cleaning. Nickel barrier + silver topcoat for stable low contact resistance under high current.

Tianyue Surface Treatment
Xi'an Tianyue Surface Technology Co., Ltd. — Established in 2024 with a 10M RMB investment in a professional surface treatment line. Specializing in silver plating, tin plating, anodizing, and conductive oxidation for high-precision, high-reliability electrical component surface treatment.
Our manufacturing base is located in Building G9, Jiuli Industrial Smart Manufacturing Park, Xingping City, Shaanxi Province, covering over 10,000 ㎡. Equipped with CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, wire EDM, and CMM. Three-tier quality system: incoming inspection (OES analysis / hardness) → in-process inspection (first-article full dimensional report) → final inspection (contact resistance at 100A DC / dimensional / visual).

110kV~1100kVHV switch conductors, welded conductors, and contacts. T2 copper (≥ 98% IACS conductivity) and 6061-T6 aluminum, CNC machined with induction brazing or gas-shielded welding. Covering 110kV to 1100kV for GIS, circuit breakers, and disconnectors.
Coils & Electromagnets
110kV~550kVCoils and electromagnets for HV switch operating mechanisms. Pure copper magnet wire, Class H (180°C) insulation system, vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) or epoxy casting. Interturn insulation verified by impulse test per GB/T 11021. Compatible with major mechanism types worldwide.
Structural Parts
110kV~1100kVGIS shields, cylinders, and flanges. 6063-T6 aluminum extrusions and SS 304/316, CNC machined with anodizing or chemical conversion coating. Sealing surface roughness Ra ≤ 3.2μm. Helium mass spectrometer leak detection to 1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s.
