Coils and electromagnets for HV switch operating mechanisms. Pure copper magnet wire, Class H (180°C) insulation system, vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) or epoxy casting. Interturn insulation verified by impulse test per GB/T 11021. Compatible with major mechanism types worldwide.

GIS shields, cylinders, and flanges. 6063-T6 aluminum extrusions and SS 304/316, CNC machined with anodizing or chemical conversion coating. Sealing surface roughness Ra ≤ 3.2μm. Helium mass spectrometer leak detection to 1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s.

Modular assembly of GIS operating mechanisms and affiliated sub-components. Customers decouple independent functional units — such as circuit breaker mechanisms, disconnector mechanisms, and earthing switch mechanisms — from the GIS body, and we handle component integration, assembly commissioning, and factory acceptance testing. Covering spring-operated, hydraulic-operated, and motor-operated types, we deliver ready-to-install sub-assemblies that simplify final assembly and reduce on-site installation time.
